Penalties:

Max fine of $1,000 per day  for each employee for each working day.

 

$10,000  and 1 year in jail

All employers are required by law to provide Worker's Compensation Insurance. Covers employees from sickness, injury, or death caused by a work related occurrence.  Only after they have arrive to work, not going to and from their jobs, on their days off, or other non-work activities.
